    An update from TekkiTake team on COVID-19

    To our customers and community.

    Our entire team has been working hard to make things simpler for our customers amidst the current situation globally.

    As everyone had to take some drastic measures in the past couple of weeks, we would like to give you an update on the situation.

    STORE: Our online store is up and working. You can keep placing your orders and we’ll ensure we dispatch them at the earliest. 

    DELIVERY: We are accepting orders for all products in most pin codes, we have resumed our deliveries with the following guidelines:

    1. TekkiTake is now Delivering Orders across India except designated COVID-19 containment zones.

    2. Red/Containment Zones Customers  Please Avoid Placing Orders.

    3. Delivery Time could be Longer than Usual.

    RETURNS: Items purchased from TekkiTake website can be returned by creating a return request. Items purchased from TekkiTake seller on marketplaces and authorized dealers will be eligible for return request after the return period is over in the respective marketplaces.

    If the customer had purchased our products from other market places please contact them first , if the return window is still open

    Return must be made within 30 days from purchase date
    The goods must not have been used, Protective films on products must be intact and must be complete with all components and the packaging must not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods;
    Refunds are given for the complete cost of the product, minus any shipping charges, as tekkitake.com offers free standard shipping on almost all orders.
    Return /Exchange shipping cost should be borne completely by customer.
    For screen protectors/glass products no refund or exchange will be offered after installation took place, this policy applies purely due to the nature of the product.

    If you have installed and believe that item is faulty, we will need to see close photo of the screen/glass on the device. If you are contacting us without providing above info/picture because you have removed screen protector/glass from your device, no refund or exchange will be offered. All problems need to be reported immediately for a refund / replacement or within warranty period for replacement.

    If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email contact us to get return instructions. Any packages returned without our authorization are subject to being returned to sender. We recommend you use a tracking service for all returns..

    The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.

    For your protection we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your item back to us as we are not liable for any loss or damage while in transit.
